Reliable Home Watch Services for all of SWFL – Fort Myers to Marco Island.
Welcome to SWFL Home Watch & Property Care, your local resource for dependable home watch services in Southwest Florida. My name is Ted Webster, and I understand how important it is to protect your home when you are away.
Originally from the Buffalo, New York area, I have been a homeowner in Southwest Florida for nearly four years. Before moving to Florida, I owned multiple family rental properties and personally handled most of the maintenance and repairs. That experience gave me valuable hands-on knowledge of homeownership and taught me how to recognize potential problems before they become costly repairs.
Experience You Can Trust
Owning and maintaining rental properties showed me that small issues can quickly turn into major headaches when nobody is there to notice them. A minor plumbing leak, an air-conditioning problem, or an unexpected maintenance issue can become much more expensive if left unattended.
That’s why I started SWFL Home Watch & Property Care. My goal is to provide reliable, personal home watch services for homeowners who travel, seasonal residents, and people who own vacant or second homes throughout Southwest Florida.
During home watch visits, I look for visible signs of potential problems, including water leaks, unusual moisture, air-conditioning concerns, storm damage, and other conditions that may require attention. If something needs further investigation, I will notify you so you can determine the next steps.
Your Southwest Florida Home Is in Good Hands
Whether you own a home in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, or another Southwest Florida community, I understand the importance of having someone local keep an eye on your property while you are away.
At SWFL Home Watch & Property Care, my focus is simple: dependable service, attention to detail, and helping you enjoy greater peace of mind.
